• Are aged 18-28

• Identify as being neurodiverse

• Are keen to gain paid employment in the community, after your training

• Want to complete work experience in a café on the North Shore in Auckland (regular shifts for approximately 6 months)

• Can work as part of a team, as well as complete familiar tasks independently

• Are able to travel to the café

• Enjoy meeting new people
